BOOK A REPAIR
We can accept the following number of pairs for repair at the moment: 20
To ensure the quality of our services, we are introducing a meter to display our available capacities.
The meter is refreshed every working day at 8am.
If the meter displays fewer pairs than you would like to place for repair, please check the status of the meter every working day at 8am when it is refreshed. Spaces will be freed up then, and it will be possible for you to place an order.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK & RETURN
- Please book a repair.
- We will arrange a courier collection via GLS.
- Kindly pack the shoes securely in a box and seal it well.
- Hand the parcel over to the courier upon collection.
- Once the repair is completed, we will send you an invoice (payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card).
- Your repaired footwear will then be delivered back to you.
